Jacquelyne Pierson is a photographer and artist living and working in New York City.

Fifteen years after finding her way to New York, Jacquelyne continues to shape stories as a photographer and visual director through work that is honest, cinematic, and deeply grounded. She is especially drawn to the unscripted — capturing the quiet, fleeting magic of everyday life.

With nearly two decades of experience in photography, art direction, and visual storytelling, her work lives at the intersection of cultural reportage, editorial portraiture, music, film, and brand expression. She is drawn to people and the worlds they build — artists, musicians, writers, performers, and vibrant communities — capturing the small, unguarded moments that make an image feel truly alive.

As a multidisciplinary visual artist, her work moves fluidly from concept to final frame. Whether directing campaigns or capturing a quiet portrait, her practice balances artistic instinct with deep trust — creating an open space for people to reveal themselves and for the unexpected to unfold.

Grounded in 400 hours of yoga teacher training, certification as an integrative health coach, and ongoing somatic studies, she brings a deep passion for holistic wellness to her life and work. She lives in Brooklyn with her husband, their son, and their two dogs, and works from her DUMBO studio.
